TAKE CARE OF YOUR HVAC EQUIPMENT WITH OUR COMFORT PLANS
D&D Heating & Cooling offers comprehensive comfort maintenance plans to all of our residential and commercial customers in Lehigh Valley and the surrounding areas. Extend the life and boost the efficiency of your HVAC system by having it cleaned and maintained by our team on a bi-annual basis. You can rest easy knowing that you will be cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
SIGNATURE PLAN
Our Signature Plan protects your heating and central air conditioning system through scheduled bi-annual maintenance. Our system checks and diagnostics keep your system running at its peak efficiency and provides multiple benefits such as:
- Spring and Fall Comfort Plans
- 10% discount on all repairs
- 5% discount on replacement of equipment covered under the plan
- Automatic scheduling
- Priority service

These a la carte features are performed at the time of tune up.
- Humidifier Cleaning (includes new pad or panel)
- Media Air Cleaner
- Off Peak Storage System
- Oil Fired Hot Water Heater
- Gas Fired Hot Water Heater
FALL COMFORT PLAN
- Inspect oil lines for leaks
- Inspect ignition wires and buss bars
- Check oil pump
- Lubricate all moving parts where required
- Check electrical lock out circuits
- Clean/adjust all safety controls
- Clean burners/heat exchanger
- Clean adjust pilot assembly
- Check fuel pipes for correct draft
- Check Thermostat
- Review equipment efficiency/CO test
- Inspect, clean and/or replace standard filters
- Check voltage and amperage to all motors
- Check for refrigeration leaks (dye test not included)
- Check for gas leaks in furnace
- Check total heating system performance and proper operation
- Oil Filter and nozzle included
- Make recommendations of any need repairs to system
SPRING COMFORT PLAN
- Ready system for operation annually
- Inspect, clean and/or replace standard filters
- Inspect indoor and outdoor coils, clean if necessary
- Verify and adjust refrigerant pressures
- Inspect motors and lubricate
- Check condensate drain lines
- Check safety controls
- Inspect contactor contacts
- Check thermostat
- Check and record running and starting amperage
- Make recommendations of any needed repairs to the system.
